Looking forward to going home
It’s official; I’m going home for a few weeks! I have not been outside Britain for almost a year and, of course, I miss Crete! And with it, my family and friends -human and equine!
I look forward to seeing how much Ghois has grown up, how Bebis, Zimas, Voukefalas, Mouri and Fivos will react when they see me again. And, of course, I look forward to meeting the three equine newbies! Bebis, now there will be some competition on the treats for you! In fact, I’ve missed myself carrying bags with veggie treats (more than 500 gr.) every single afternoon. Bebis would always get the biggest portion, heheh! By the way, have you tried courgettes and grapes as treats? No? You definitely should!
Walks and tours with tourists, games with the kids, evening rides to the field where Bebis and Zimas eat, sorting out Zimas and Bebis with my small NATO torch as the only light, jokes with Yannis (I love his hand- made wooden chairs and tables by the sea) I’ve missed all these! And finally, I look forward to showing Yannis what I have leaned so far in Britain! I so, so look forward!
So, expect loads of photos and news from me soon!
